Celebrating the Launch of Our State-of-the-Art Silivri Factory
We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our second supercritical CO2 extraction facility, located in Silivri. This state-of-the-art factory represents a major milestone for Neoma Group as we expand our capacity to deliver premium-quality extracts to our clients and partners.
Cutting-Edge Technology for Unmatched Performance
The Silivri factory is equipped with top-tier supercritical CO2 extraction technology designed for precision, efficiency, and scalability. The facility features two independent processing pipelines, each with a capacity of 1 tonne per day, enabling a total throughput of 2 tonnes per day. With three high-performance separators per pipeline, advanced multi-effect setups, and robust pumps, valves, and infrastructure, the factory is designed to meet the most demanding industry standards.
These features ensure maximum extraction yields while preserving the integrity of bioactive compounds, making our extracts suitable for food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical-grade applications.
Our First Extraction: Black Cumin Seed Oil
For our inaugural production run, we began extracting Black Cumin Seed Oil, known for its exceptional therapeutic and health-promoting properties. Black cumin seed (Nigella sativa) is revered for its high content of thymoquinone, an active compound celebrated for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and immune-boosting effects.
Using our supercritical CO2 technology, we are able to produce medical-grade Black Cumin Seed Oil, free from residual solvents and impurities. The oil’s potent bioactive compounds are preserved with unparalleled precision, resulting in a product that is ideal for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications.
